Welcome to JurisVida, a provider of legal offerings for seniors. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of services at jurisvida.com.

1. Definitions

"Professional Services" refers to legal consulting, representation, document review, estate planning, and related legal guidance supplied by JurisVida.

"Information Products" refers to digital guides, recorded seminars, eBooks, templates, and online learning materials designed for seniors.

"Goods" refers to printed books, stationery sets, or other physical items ordered through our platform.

2. Acceptance

By accessing our website or engaging our offerings, you agree to these terms.

3. Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. JurisVida will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates within 60 days of the original booking.

4. Fees and Invoicing

Fees for Professional Services are set forth on our website and confirmed in writing before work begins. Charges for Information Products and Goods are processed at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Services

To request a refund of prepaid Professional Services, clients must submit a written request to JurisVida via Contact Us within 7 days of purchase, provided no work has commenced on the matter. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 business days. If work has begun, fees for hours completed remain due, and any unused portion may be refunded at our discretion.

Service credits may be applied toward future sessions upon mutual agreement.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a full refund of Information Products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To initiate, contact us at Contact Us. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items qualify for refund if sent back in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Clients must contact Contact Us to obtain shipment authorization. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the items and confirmation of condition. Clients are responsible for shipment costs.

5.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Certain urgent or bespoke legal tasks that require immediate action—such as court filings or filing deadlines—are non-refundable due to resource allocation. JurisVida will clearly note when an offering is non-refundable prior to engagement.

6. Modifications to Terms

JurisVida may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JurisVida disclaims liability for indirect or consequential harm.
